“Straight-Line Transformational Leadership: How to Lead Unapologetically”
Straight-line transformational leaders operate much differently from other leaders and other leadership styles. These types of leaders possess a single-minded approach to streamline or change things in the church that are no longer productive to the Kingdom. This kind of leader knows how to motivate people to work well together. A perfect example is Nehemiah as he rebuilt the wall around Jerusalem. His leadership was undiluted and undeterred. This workshop further discusses such topics as What/Who is a Leader? (Biblical examples), How great Leaders always see the Bigger Picture, How Does a Leader Become Visionary? And How this Kind of Leader Always Works under the Presence and Power of the Holy Spirit.

“ReTool: A Ministry Revitalization Process for the Local Church”
Many churches that are plateaued or in decline are living in the past with outdated programs, past successes and failures that cause the church to be irrelevant in their cultural setting. To Retool a church for ministry, simply means that it is equipped with new tools that are more useful or suitable in the present church setting, This workshop directs the churches attention to an upward focus on God and His will, an inward focus on the needs of the church family and an outward focus on the needs of those outside of the family through missions and evangelism. The Retooling process is done in 4 phases: the Diagnostic Phase, the Directional Phase, the Focus Phase, the Governance Phase, the Maturation Phase, the Provision Phase and the Foundational Phase.
